To further implement the decision made by “CAS &Huairou district technology and service collaboration conference”, and to solve the technical problems encountered by company in Huairou, BASIC, Yanqi Economic Development Area Administrative Committee and 4 companies in Huairou met in Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry (CIAC) and investigated collaboration details from July, 11 to 12. The deputy director of CIAC Guangyuan Zhou, the members of technology department and some other experts had a warm and detailed discussion with the guests.  

　　In the meeting, BASIC secretary of party branch and deputy director JiFeng first introduced the overview of “CAS &Huairou district technology and service collaboration conference”, and the purpose of this trip: to build a link between CIAC technology resources and the requirements of Huairou companies. After that, the representatives from Beijing Jinyuntong Large Tires refurbishment Company, Beijing Tianweiruiheng High Pressure Tube Company, Beijing Fusi Automobile Cables Company and Beijing Aoxing Medical Comsumables Company introduced the business separately and deeply stated the technology requirements.  

　　Guangyuan Zhou and other experts responded the requirements, provided some solutions and technical advices, and assigned some experts for the later long-term collaborations according to each company’s requirement, to help solve the technical problems and to let the companies play the leading role for applied research.  

　　The party secretary of HuairouYanqi Economic Development Area, Huaiying Liu, appreciated the reception of CIAC and vision the future collaboration, and invited CIAC experts to provide technical guide in the related Huairou companies.    

　　The trip is an important action to play their roles well and promote the long-term collaboration mechanism between CAS and companies, and provide positive role to promote the combination of scientific achievements and market requirements and push Huairou companies’ transformation.
